Who We Are... Silver Cache was founded in late 2002 in direct response to the growing need of families for an easy and secure way to build permanent wealth. This need was earnestly expressed by many students of the Family Framework as they sought practical ways to build the Endowment pillar of their multi-generational family wealth plans. The Founders – Richard Ogden was the originator of the Family Framework concepts which resulted from his years of research into the practices of wealthy and elite families throughout history. Michael Mann brought his extensive corporate background in leadership training and interpersonal communications. His resume includes stints at IBM, Memorex & ITT. Together, they built Pinnacle Training Systems, to offer education and training on the application of various Family Framework principles. It was the needs of Pinnacle students for a financial system to supplement their wealth building efforts beyond the classroom that led to the creation of Silver Cache. Our Mission – We know that from education flows knowledge. Knowledge in turn demands the skills and tools to wield it. And, as in all things, a clear plan prevents wasted effort. The mission of Silver Cache is to help families build wealth as they acquire financial knowledge, develop the skills & obtain the tools needed to create permanent prosperity under a personalized wealth plan.
